It's been a while since I last created ✨magic✨ but here I am...
Making a semi-vegan chocolate raspberry cake. I say semi-vegan bc I had spare buttermilk to use up & used semi-sweet chocolate for the drip. Otherwise, I could have totally made it full on vegan. Still tweaking this recipe a bit, but definitely worthy of showing off. Glad I still got the skills even though I'm a little rough & still setting up my kitchen fully.

Backstory: I'm writing my inspiration into my baking journey on my sub stack bc I have a lot to say

✨I'm so proud of this cake. 🫶
I tried a new decorating technique that I had seen for a while online. It was definitely a learning curve but it was super helpful.

My signature white cake with vanilla bean buttercream.✨
