batch is made to order. Preordering 1 week in advance is highly suggested. Free Delivery to Hot Springs, AR with a $10.00 minimum purchase. Otherwise $5.00 local Delivery Fee.
$10 Delivery Fee to Surrounding Areas with approval. A few select items can be shipped November-February through USPS or FEDEX overnight. Shipping costs will vary.

Oven roasted chicken breast with broccoli, carrots, and red onions served over Baby Portobello Mushroom Brown Rice

A few details about this meal,
Boneless, skinless chicken breast is leaner than other chicken parts.
Brown rice has more fiber, does not cause as much of an insulin spike, and contains less carbs than white rice.
The rice is prepared with my homemade chicken bone broth instead of water which adds flavor, protein, and an amazing mouth "feel" to this dish.

It has been a busy day in the kitchen.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on some good beef soup bones. And I have a crock pot full of bone broth that will be ready tomorrow.

I finished making my chicken noodle soup from the chicken broth I made yesterday.

AND I milled my own flour from hard red spring wheat. Tomorrow I will attempt to make bread from fresh milled flour. I have never done this before so let's see how it goes.
