We have a wave of new peeps! If you’re new here, welcome to Babes Bakery.

We’re a neighborhood bakery in the heart of Kaimukī built around slow-fermented sourdough, handcrafted pastries, comforting sandwiches, and a love for feeding our community. What started as a passion for baking has grown into a space where friends meet for coffee, families pick up their weekly loaf, and regulars become part of the Babes story.

Every loaf is shaped by hand. Every pastry is baked fresh. Every customer who walks through our doors matters to us.

Wednesdays are the days we prep for Thursday opening.

We’re in the bakery early mixing dough, shaping sourdough, rolling cinnamon rolls, baking cookies, and getting the shelves ready to be filled again. It’s not the loudest day in the bakery, but it’s the day where most of the work happens.

By the time Thursday morning comes around, everything you see in the case started here first. Honestly, it’s one of our favorite days to be in the bakery.
