Wednesdays are the days we prep for Thursday opening.
We’re in the bakery early mixing dough, shaping sourdough, rolling cinnamon rolls, baking cookies, and getting the shelves ready to be filled again. It’s not the loudest day in the bakery, but it’s the day where most of the work happens.
By the time Thursday morning comes around, everything you see in the case started here first. Honestly, it’s one of our favorite days to be in the bakery.
