While I’m patiently waiting for my sourdough starter to wake up after nearly two weeks in the fridge, I’ve been playing around with something new—cast-iron biscuits 🧈🍞

Y’all… these are dangerously easy and so delicious. We’re talking 20 minutes from mixing bowl to golden, flaky, buttery goodness. No fuss, just layers that melt in your mouth and crisp edges straight from the skillet.
