Happy summer to my gluten free friends! I’ve decided to discontinue any markets this season. Baking and keeping GF products fresh is challenging in the summer heat, and I’ve become busy with other things too. Thanks for your past support!

Cinnamon Rolls for Christmas! I am taking orders! You can message me on this page or text me (517) 507-7392. Deadline for orders is next Tuesday, 12/21.

1 dozen muffin sized rolls with orange icing
Cost: $20 cash, Paypal, or if I know you a check is also fine. 😉
Porch pick up (in Holt) later in the day Thursday or Friday afternoon.

If you need dairy free please specify, or I will make the dairy version. The DF version is what I have made for market, but the dough is a bit more finicky. The dairy version is really nice dough!
Both recipes contain almond. If you have other dietary restrictions, please let me know also so I can see about adapting.

Before and after…Apple Cranberry Crumble
This one is topped with certified GF oats and is nut free!
In the works is a cornmeal pecan version for those who don’t eat oats and enjoy nuts!
Both are also dairy and soy free, made with Earth Balance.

Here's what’s on for Saturday, September 25th. Always gluten free made in my celiac safe kitchen. This may be the LAST market date for me. It ends soon in October anyway...

1. Carrot Cupcakes (also dairy and soy free; contains coconut and walnuts)
2. Gingerbread Pumpkin Cake (also dairy and soy free) Even if you don't like pumpkin, you cannot even tell! It is moist and perfectly spiced!
3. Apple-Cranberry Crumble with pecan cornmeal topping (also dairy and soy free) mini pan size, serves 3-4 people
4. Granola (also dairy free; see photo in separate post) using purity protocol GF oats, sunflower seeds, almonds, dried cranberries and mango
5. Mini Round Bread Loaves (also dairy and soy free) brushed with olive oil, perfect size for a dinner and freezes well for future use.
