Hello everyone!!! Happy Wednesday!!

I did a little baking experimenting this afternoon and I wanted to share a new way to share my sourdough lemon raspberry rolls and my sourdough classic cinnamon rolls with you all!

This way of baking them allows me to sell my rolls in different quantities other than in the traditional pan!

SO you can continue to order them either way!

Lemon Raspberry:
Pan of 12 count $18
Individuals $2/roll OR $10 for 6

Classic Cinnamon:
Pan of 12 count $17
Pan of 4 jumbo count $8
Individuals $2/roll OR $10 for 6

Hey everyone!!!
As you guys are filling my schedule with the sourdough lemon raspberry rolls I just wanted to post a quick disclaimer…

If you are noticing a blue/green hue in the rolls that is completely normal as the raspberries in the filling contain anthocyanins, and can cause a blue or green hue in food, especially when combined with alkaline ingredients like baking soda or baking powder, due to the pH sensitivity of anthocyanins (which my roll dough does contain a bit of both baking soda and baking powder!)

If you ever have questions about your order never hesitate to ask! I’m thankful that a customer reached out to me so that I could post this disclaimer!
