Hi-
After two years its time for Headwaters to say farewell to High Springs. Thank you to all of our amazing guests, the great friends we’ve made, our fantastic staff and everyone who supported us. There’s something special about someone really loving the thing you’ve created and that’s never been lost on me.
Anyway- maybe see you again sometime, maybe not. We did some cool stuff, we had fun and it was nothing if not interesting, but our time here has come to end.
So long and thanks for all the fish.

We made some corned beef this week. Today we made sandwiches with it.
House made corned beef, rye, Swiss, 1000 isl and kraut with steak fries- $13.
We’re also gonna serve up some corned beef and cabbage for dinner.

Daytime and nighttime shifts available as well as some weekends.

The ribs were a hit. My 23 year old cat loved them. I love them ribs as well. Thank you!
We really liked this local restaurant when they opened and In the main their food is great but this is now the second time and the last time I will be eating or ordering from them.
Two cheese burgers with their chunky fries all totally burnt to a carbon crisp.
I complained the last time only to be given excuses that they were busy so had to rush the food.
Well we used to have to request that they don’t burn the fries.
Today, it went straight in the trash can. Couldn’t eat the charcoal fries put me off the burger.
So. No more. You’ve lost a regular customer.
Check your take out before you leave the counter.

We wanted to thank our neighbors, Headwaters! In addition to their usual fare, they’ll be serving up brats and cupcakes as specials for the grand opening tomorrow! They’ve got outdoor seating, the perfect away to enjoy the live music!

Just ate at Headwaters for the first time having just moved nearby. Had one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I’m now a fan and will definitely be back. If you’re in High Springs, give this place a try.
We wanted to take just a few moments tonight to present to some & introduce to others, Brian, Jessica & Aria! They’re the Owners of one of the newest Restaurants in High Springs, Headwaters, located in the plaza across from Plantation Oaks. They’re one of the most humble & kindest Families that you’d ever want to meet.
Recently, Brian reached out to Pastor Joy, wanting to Partner with us to Coordinate a regular Outreach Dinner; where as often as they choose, we select a Local Family to either pick up or have delivered by the Church Outreach Team, a Free Dinner Sponsored by them, at no cost. He didn’t want to do it to be seen or for likes, but because it was the right thing to do he said. Last week was the first week we tried it out, & everything went very smoothly. This is something completely separate from our “Dinner on Purpose” Family Outreach Initiative! Headwaters has been here since 2019, & has some of the best food around! Please check out their FB page & phenomenal menu! They’ve worked very hard to stay open during the pandemic, while keeping their Staff & Customers as safe as possible.
Earlier today, Pastor Joy posted on his page, that there was a Local Family whose household was dealing with COVID 19. The Mom is an ICU Nurse, she has a husband & two teenage sons. Brian messaged Pastor Joy & said that if we’d deliver it, they would sponsor the Family a Hot Meal for dinner tonight, & that’s exactly what they did. The Family got delivered to the front door step, Pulled Pork, Rice, & Steamed Veggies, a Burger with their world famous Steak Fries, a Turkey Melt with Steak Fries, & some of the best wings you’d ever want to try. The Family was very grateful!
In times like this, we’ve got to stick together & look out for, & be there for one another.
