For my anime friends. I made a Ken Kaneki inspired cake. I'm still learning to work with the whipped cream frosting but practice makes perfect. Final picture, progress picture and inspo pic too. Sometimes the idea you have can turn into something else entirely.

Unfortunately, any plans I had for Holiday baking this week have been put to a stop. I had an accident on a family trip this weekend and ended up with 4 stitches in my right hand (dominant hand) and was told to keep my hand as straight as possible, that means no baking and no regular job duties for the time being. So sorry if anyone was wanting cookies for their events this week. I guess I'll have to wait for Valentine's Day. Thank you for understanding!

I had a party pack order go out yesterday for the holiday festivities today. This order was 6 s'mores, 6 m&m, 6 peanut butter and 6 oatmeal cookies. All individually packaged and labeled on the back with these cute leaf labels. Be on the lookout for my Christmas cookies. I've got some new flavors I want to try! I've got a little cookie special going today so if you've been wanting to try some out I've got 2 cookies for $3, on the prepackaged cookies only. You can mix & match them, S'MORES, MONSTER MASH or CHOCOLATE CHIP. Trying to clear them out from the fall festival on Thursday. All the rest of the cookies are $2 each. Thank you so much!

I'm still working on my lettering skills but I'm grateful for every opportunity. Made a french vanilla, milk chocolate marble cake with a white chocolate flavored whipped cream frosting and cookies and cream filling for my older sisters birthday.

This was an 8 inch sugar free yellow cake with a vanilla pudding and sugar free strawberry jelly filling I did a couple weekends ago. I'm still learning how to work with my whipped cream frosting and do lettering. Grateful for every opportunity I get!
