Hello all!

Today is another day!

Tha COVID-19 hasn't been any more than just a threat here in Millard County, thank goodness. It's really just a testiment to those being mindful of others and respecting the seriousness of the situation. It's been weird but it has been good in many ways. And we are thankful to everyone for doing their part in stopping this from becoming a plague. We are still taking precautions and will even after this is over.

We are baking today and we have available:

Cinnamon Rolls
Raspberry Rolls

Wheat Bread
White bread
Sourdough bread

Hamburger buns

And I'm almost done with second recipe as seen in the pictures below; Sweet Roll French Toast (family fav).

Attention Millard County residence!

If you haven't heard of us we are a small home bakery located just outside of Delta.

COVID19 has forced us all to look closer at how we keep ourselves safe personally and as a community. It also is teaching us how fragile life is and how resilient we can be.

We specialize is Sweet Rolls. Cinnamon and Raspberry Sweet Rolls (our most popular).
Loaves of White, Wheat, and Sourdough bread.
We also do a variety of dinner rolls(Parker House Rolls) breadsticks (cheese sticks), hamburger buns, and sandwich rolls which are amazing. A variety of cookies. And much more...

We have a weekly schedule of regulars on Wednesdays and bake 1 or 2 other days a week depending on the demand.

We do our best to keep ourselves safe so we are keeping you safe as it is our top priority.

The best way to order is by private message or keep an eye out for our posts and reply to those.

It's about time we give you some ideas on how to make our sweet rolls just as delicious as the day they are made.

I'm going to start with one of the most delicious but also the most simple ways to eat our rolls.

In the picture are our Raspberry Rolls sliced kind of like you would a loaf of bread (About 3 slices per roll).

So... slice them, spread butter on them making sure you cover every centimeter of the side of the roll that will be facing up. And broil them in the oven or a toaster oven's if you have one. It takes about 2 to 4 minutes in a conventional oven and a little bit longer in a toaster oven, depending on how hot your broiler is.

Sooo... watch them closely because it is a shame when they get burnt. That Almost even warrants shedding a single tear.

Next will be the most delicious French Toast you have EVER eaten in your life! One of Darren's inventions

Good morning,

I hope all is well with everyone.

We are baking today. Still no sign of a virus around here. And we will be happy to do deliveries for those in quarantine and need bread or rolls today.

So we are doing...
cinnamon and raspberry rolls
White bread
Wheat bread
Sourdough bread

We will do special requests like hamburger buns, bread sticks etc...
if we can't get to everything today we will get it to you tomorrow.

We will be doing 8 dozen sweet rolls tomorrow Wed April 8 2020. If you order before tomorrow you can have your choice of Raspberry or Cinnamon.
If you didn't see the last post we will be doing wheat, white, and a limited amount of sourdough bread.

Stock up who knows what the coming weeks will have in store for us.

Hello again! It looks like it is suppose to be worse before it's better. To insure your safety and to prevent the spread of the protein based virus, we will be wearing masks and wipe down the frequently handled places in the house at least a couple times a day. Especially in the kitchen.

We have a good handle on how to keep our environment virus free.

Tomorrow we are baking bread, we have to do an inventory before committing the sweet rolls although we will do sweet loaves if we can't.
So...
White, Wheat, and a limited number of Sourdough loaves of bread.
We will be doing either Cinnamon and Raspberry loaves if we can't do Rolls.

We hope all are doing well.

Precautions we are taking to keep us all safe are:
Sanitize all k***s, doors, and all surfaces, every morning and night.
We may start having to deliver next week but for this week it will be simple. Let us know what you want and when you come pick it up there will be a basket to put the money in. Any change given out will be sanitized so you don’t have to worry about the money being a problem.
We will still be baking tomorrow for all of our regulars and any new orders we get today. We may have to split it up with Thursday as we are getting busier.
One more thing and I’m sorry to do this but for now limit 1 dozen sweet rolls (cinnamon, raspberry, etc...) per customer but everything else is open for now.
