Wowowow! Alex had sent me a reel of a medieval cake months ago and asked if I could make something like that for her birthday. Umm... yes!!!

This was such a fun one to make -- I loved adding the different elements and watching it come to live with each addition.

Thank you Alex for your trust, and for sharing a slice of this yummy carrot cake with us! 😛

Wow it has just been cupcake city over here! These are banana cupcakes topped with a peanut butter buttercream and drizzled with salted caramel. An unsuspecting combination that was SO delicious!

Next week I'll be baking more cupcakes and I get to choose the flavor. What do you think I should do?

Did you know I offer cake tastings? If you are thinking about booking me for an event but don't know what flavor of cake you want, you can order a tasting box to put a few to the test! Message me with your event details and I would love to get something on the calendar.

Which of these would you pair with vanilla cake for your event?

You did it! The perfect kindergarten graduation cake for a girl who loves turtles, pink, and blue. It was a lot of fun using the different piping tips to create the seaweed on the side of the cake.

I would love to do more of these two-tone swirl cakes! Hit me up!!
