Another happy customer - my 10 year old daughter!! She requested a cookie cake for her birthday this year. This was a level up challenge for me because the inspo pic she sent had royal icing cookies on it which I’d never done before. Not sure I’d do it again but - Chocolate chip cookie cake is now available! (Swipe for other cookie cakes I tried out!)

It’s been a busy couple of days of baking! First up was a baby shower cake for a coworker who is expecting his first baby girl! I was granted artistic freedom with this one with the only instructions of using their nursery colors, lavender & yellow! I added some gold flecks of edible paint and accented with gold butterflies and babies breath flowers. This was a 7”, 4 layer almond cake with vanilla buttercream frosting.

Pure peanut butter goodness! This was a 7” chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream frosting and a chocolate ganache drip! This was fun to make and even more fun to eat the scraps! 🥜 🍫 🍰

I got to do another anti-gravity cake for a 40th birthday! This was a 7”/4 layer carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and topped with whipped cream frosting for the foam! This was fun to make! 🍺 🍰 💛
