The "hits of the holidays" were the Millionaire Bars, Dulce de Leche Sandwiches and of course my Classis Chocolate Chip. My favorite is always the Christmas Sugar Cookie. 🎄

First round of cookies going out! I've really enjoyed having the last few weeks off from work so I can get back to making sweet treats in the kitchen. Baking in the kitchen with audio books and pumped out a few hundred goodies, all for fun & friends and family. 🎄

Look at the Gluten Free Beauties!
OK, so I'm making Gluten Free cookies for a few friends for the holidays as well as holiday treats that are traditional sugar, flours, carbs etc. If I have enough interest I can make extra to be ready this Saturday. It will be at least 24 cookies of various flavors, exact flavors TBD. They will be in a holiday tray, platter or box and most likely individually wrapped or at least wrapped in small bunches to keep freshness. These are NOT KETO or SUGAR FREE. My flour will be a blend of GF that will contain carbs if inquiring about GF. I am not planning on making sugar free/keto treats at this time.
Pricing is 75.00 for Traditional cookie and treat platters and 95.00 for Gluten Free platters. If interested send me a private message and if there is enough interest I will confirm orders by Thursday.

Out of curiosity, how many of you are Gluten Free but not keto? Meaning GF with carbs and sugar? I know I had quite a few customers through the years that just needed to cut out Gluten but weren't concerned with carb content. 🎄

It's been soooo long! I really do miss all my sweet customers and friends. I am happy to report I'm off for the next FIVE WEEKS and I'm going to bake for friends and family. These Christmas cookie boxes were a surprise hit last year so I'm making them again to pass out. What's your favorite Holiday Cookie, Bar or Candy? I'm looking for some fun and festive treats. 🎄

💛 Look at this sweet and simple baby shower cake that went out this weekend. I was so excited to see it matched the painting in the back! Completely a coincidence too. Two tiers of lemon and lemon curd with chocolate and chocolate ganache.
Congratulations to Jessica and Eric for their sweet baby girl making her arrival in April. 💛

Good morning Las Vegas! I've been getting a ton of emails during Thanksgiving and now Christmas asking if Keto will be back and going. As many of you all know, I'm back to work full time so I haven't taken orders. For ONE Saturday only I have a few items back on the website for 12/17 pick up and delivery. I'm trying to streamline baking so I'm testing out these two serving pans as opposed to baking in sheets and cutting everything into individual servings which is super time consuming. ALSO, I think these will freeze really well for everyone who'd like to keep them for a later date. I have also dropped the pricing just a tad even though inflation sucks right now but the serving is slightly smaller than previous slices. Some pictures have been removed from the website so there isn't any confusion over how your new product will look. Everything will be a single layer with all the goodies on top. Unfortunately I have decided not to make pies this year, they are just too time consuming.
I'm giving everyone plenty of time to place orders, I will most likely NOT take orders until January if not February so stock up and freeze your treats! I am looking to hire a baker for 2023 so reach out if anyone has any interest. 😍

This came up on my newsfeed yesterday and I'm quite stunned, but then again not surprised. KCU was who I got a lot of my inspiration from back in 2018 when keto was trending. They were the BIGGEST keto bakery for a while. I can name a few reasons why this has happened, and these reasons are why I haven't opened up my own shop. The price of eggs and butter is literally killing me right now, along with packaging. While I have gone up on my pricing and delivery charges, I don't feel it's been a huge spike. I think most importantly I need to address the amount of Keto marked goods in stores like Costco and your local grocery store. Please so not be fooled by a label, these are NOT clean keto products and can very easily keep you from losing weight.

Moving forward Mac's will NOT be closing, even though I'm only open certain weeks for orders. Going back to work full time has kicked my ass and moving into 2023 I'm considering hiring a baker so I don't have to keep closing down for weeks at a time while I work my main job. We won't let this economy keep us down y'all! I love what I do, baking and meeting everyone on Saturday especially! As far as upcoming weeks, beginning November I'm hoping to be able to have at least one or two weeks of keto treats available. I do miss you all and thank you So so much for being so faithful to all these years. ❤️
