Twice Baked Almond Brioche (also known as a Bostock) is not something you see every day but they are delicious. We take a slice of our homemade brioche bread and top it with a mixed berry jam and then a thick layer of almond frangipane. Then finish it with sliced almonds before baking it again.
We highly suggest heating it up for a few minutes in the oven and then it is perfection!
