A little summer cake dump that I’ve been meaning to post! So many sweet designs 🤍 We are now booking September & beyond! The fall is one of the busiest seasons for the bakery and I can’t wait to be a part of so many upcoming occasions! If you’re interested in booking, please reach out by phone or email! Santa Claus is coming to town! 🎅🏼🤶🏻 Stop by Sweet Messina’s Bakery between 6-8:30 tonight for some Christmas in July treats and a photo with the big man himself! To celebrate, we’ll be having $4 famous cannolis and 15% off all merch in our store including our adorable Christmas ornaments! I just wanted to express how thankful I am for each and every kind message or comment I have received! Although the recovery I’m facing isn’t so easy, knowing that I have such special customers waiting for me to return means so much 🤍 The shop will be open this week with cookies, cupcakes, cheesecakes, donuts, & more with the help of my staff, family, and special friends. I know you all will not hesitate to keep the shop busy. Stop in this week and grab a treat & if you feel inclined, grab a gift card to use in the future!🩵🧁You will be greeted with the same love and sweets as always! The biggest difference right now is we aren’t taking custom cake or cookie orders for this month. We are booking August orders, as I should be 100% back to normal by then. If you have any questions or would like to book an order for August or beyond, please send over an email! If you have a scheduled order for this week and have not heard from us, that means your order will be fulfilled just as planned! Thank you all for understanding! 🤍🤍

Just dropping in with a little update as I never had the chance before we closed for the holiday weekend. I’ve spent the last few days in the hospital after a very unexpected major abdominal surgery. Unfortunately, I had to cancel some orders for Thursday and Friday very last minute and am very sorry for that. The next few weeks are very unknown as being in the bakery long hours and being able to execute orders is very unlikely. Fortunately, my staff and family will do their best to try and keep the shop running but some hours may need to be adjusted. My current goal is to be able to complete the orders I already put in our books with the help of some pastry chef friends, but most likely won’t be taking on much more for July. This is going to be very difficult, as most of you know I am the main baker and only cake and cookie decorator in the shop and that’s how I am able to pay the bills of course. I’m hoping for a speedy recovery and to be back at it full time as soon as I can. Thank you for understanding and I will keep sharing updates on our socials. Your support means the most to me now and always!

The warm Summer months have us shifting our hours just a bit! These hours are in effect now through after Labor Day. We will be taking some much needed vacation time and we’re currently working those days into our the calendar. We will update you as soon as we have set dates! Today we’re celebrating all of the Dads, stepdads, dad-in-laws, moms that do it all, granddads, & more! Whether they’re near or far, on earth or in heaven, they deserve to be celebrated and Sweet Messina’s is the best addition to any celebration! We’re here until 1PM today with donuts, muffins, cinnamon buns, crumb cakes, cupcakes, and more! Hope to see you! 👨🏻👔🍔

A very special Happy Father’s Day to my dad, who will always drop anything to help 🩵 Banner needs hanging, dishes need washing, floor needs mopping, last minute delivery… he’s always here.. and forever a special part of Sweet Messina’s! After all, that’s how we got our name!
