At Sprinkles by Stacey, I believe that cookies should taste just as incredible as they look. As a trained chef, I prioritize flavor and quality ingredients, using only the best—King Arthur Flour, 100% Pure Cane Organic Unbleached Sugar, and Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Bean—to create cookies that are both beautiful and delicious. I’m proud to also offer gluten-free and vegan options so that everyone can enjoy a sweet treat! As I continue to elevate the cookies I create — not just in beauty and flavor, but in the quality and care behind every detail — I’m excited to share that I’ve made the switch from artificial colors to plant-based colors, crafted from nature’s own beautiful ingredients. It is that time of year again! Preorders for my annual Cookie Advent Calendar sale are officially live. This has become such a sweet holiday tradition, and I am so excited to share what is in store for this year. You get 24 beautifully decorated, individually sealed mini cookies made with all natural, dye-free food coloring to countdown to Christmas. Sprinkles by Stacey will be heading to Newbury, MA for Sweet Paws Rescue’s 11th Annual Barktoberfest this Saturday, October 17th from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM! Come catch us at the beautiful Spencer-Peirce-Little Farm. (Rain date is Sunday, Oct 18th!) 🌧️➡️☀️

Whether you’re a kid or just a kid-at-heart, our pet-themed Paint Your Own Sugar Cookies and DIY Cookie Dog House Kits are the perfect festival project. Grab one to paint right at the picnic tables while listening to the live music, or take a few home for a cozy weekend activity! 🎨🍁

There is no greater honor as a baker than being a part of a family’s journey from the very beginning. 💕

I had the absolute joy of baking for Riley’s baby shower, then celebrating her baptism, and now here we are—her first birthday! Watching my sweet little clients grow through my cookies is truly the best part of this job.

For her big milestone, the theme was a girly “First Year Down” football theme, complete with soft pinks, hand-piped jerseys, and plenty of bows. Happy 1st Birthday, Riley! Thank you to her amazing family for trusting me with all of her life’s sweetest moments. 🏈🎀✨
