When was this opened?

Finally...after a wonderfully successful and wildly unexpected career serving the United States Air Force
I begin a new journey as an aspiring pastry chef and baker.

Growing up as a Midwestern farm kid that raised what you ate or made and long before the days of the superstores I was either baking or riding the horses.
Thankfully my older brother was always willing to try my baking. The tradition continued once I was in the service and I found culinary adventures wherever I lived.
