We had a blast prepping this weeks specials for you!

We made a quiche with slightly smoky ham and roasted honey crisp apples and paired it with a sauce mornay (fancy cheese sauce).

Welcome fall with our butternut squash and carrot bisque. Garnished with fresh cream, pumpkin seeds, and leaf and tree croutons (crystallized basil and chai).

Last at least a quick trip to Japan with a yakitori Sammich on Japanese milk bread with kewpie mayo and peanut slaw. Served miso cucumber salad.

WE MADE IT TO THE TOP 3!!!!!!! We were notified yesterday that Aberson's was voted in to the Top 3 Best Chefs Cincinnati!!!!!! Thank you all for your votes. This wouldn't even be possible if it wasn't for you. I am personally grateful that you took time out of your day to vote. We find out December 4th if we won. Thank you all again! LET'S GO HARRISON!

Quiche is out of the oven and the soup is simmering! A couple fall inspired specials for the next few days. Butternut Squash and Mushroom Quiche top with a Black Pepper and Walnut Cream Sauce. Served with two potato hash or harvest pasta salad. We also have a Tuscan White Bean and Green Bean soup with a Parmesan Tomato Broth! Come on and give them a try 🤤. Have a great Monday!
