Fall Dessert Menu Drop! We are very excited about this seasons selections!!! Our Swiss Rolls are great for any occasions and feed a good crowd! Each one is creatively decorated and mouthwatering! We have our case filled with single serving sizes of good variety of these desserts and will rotate often. Please let us know if we can make something for your next gathering or office party!

We have a great special we made for you this week! Chicken Tamales with Salsa Pipian. Citrus braised chicken steamed in masa harina (corn flour) and topped with a roasted tomato, chile, and toasted pumpkin seed sauce. It’s served with Spanish rice and guacamole and chips.

We had a great time doing an Hispanic Heritage Dinner for Great Parks at Sharon Woods last night! Thank you Rhinegeist for great pairings!

We didn’t get a lot of pictures, but here are a couple. First one is a play on sushi with Spanish flavors. It’s blood sushi rice with watermelon “ahi”, garlic, shrimp, pumpkin seed, and sourdough and yellow tomato gazpacho.

Dessert is a honey blackberry cake with blackberry ice cream, and toasted flour and honey cookies

Exciting News! We are starting an International Brunch Series and our first stop is........ France! Come and enjoy a authentic from scratch (as always) 3 course family style brunch on Sunday September 27th. This dining chef interactive dining experience will have two seating's. 10 am and a 12 pm.

We will offer French pressed coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, and a couple mocktails. As always we are a BYOB or BYOA establishment. See you on the plane!!!!

We made somthing for you today! Honey Dijon Chicken Sammie with Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce on Sour Dough Focaccia. It is topped with a Sweet and Tangy Slaw! This would pear great with our Raspberry Herbal Ice Tea!

This quiche turned out beautifully! Sausage and bell pepper with a pepper jack sauce, tater casserole and fruit! Today’s special!

We created a nice summer Asian Inspired meal for a customer today and the dessert was this beauty! Saigon Cinnamon Swiss Roll with Cream Cheese Chantilly, Cinnamon Crunch and Mirin Poached Plums and Basil.

Also on the menu was a Creamy Corn Soup with Lump Crab and a Miso Glazed Mahi Mahi.
