29 years of life, and I had to make the birthday cake myself because… who better to make it than the baker? 🎂💗✨

An Alani-inspired vanilla cake with a white chocolate pink drip, vanilla buttercream, and the filling I’ll never get tired of — banana pudding with freshly chopped bananas + vanilla wafers. 🍌🤍

Some cakes are just cake… and some tell a story. 🎹🏈

This one was especially close to my heart because it was made for my dad—someone whose love for music is only rivaled by his love for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Bringing those two passions together into one design made this cake even more meaningful.

Inside is another rich Coca-Cola chocolate cake filled with a light, whipped milk chocolate ganache—one of my favorite flavor combinations. 🍫✨

Now… let’s talk about the real challenge. 😅 Whoever said chocolate ganache behaves on a hot, humid day has clearly never decorated a cake in July. Between the melting, the fingerprints, and the constant trips back to the fridge, this cake definitely tested my patience—but seeing it all come together made every minute worth it.
