This beautiful display consists of a vanilla cake with a white chocolate raspberry filling and finished with an Italian buttercream, a spiced cupcake with a pumpkin cream cheese filling topped with a salted caramel buttercream, and a lemon cupcake with a blueberry jam filling topped with an Italian buttercream. I had the pleasure of bringing a customers idea to life! This challenge was just that. It was my first cake fully wrapped in fondant, my first carved cake, and it is hand painted. I love how all the small details bring everything together. This cake is half chocolate half vanilla and is layer/crumb coated with Italian buttercream.
