🍞 Fresh Sourdough Morning 🍞

This morning's bake included a Classic Sourdough and a Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough, both baked fresh in Dutch ovens and made with my homemade sourdough starter.

The Jalapeño Cheddar loaf was a new test bake, and I have to admit, I'm pretty excited about how it turned out. The golden crust, melted cheddar, and bits of jalapeño throughout the loaf make it a perfect savory bread.

As I continue preparing for my first Farmers Market of the season, I'm building inventory, testing new recipes, and baking one loaf at a time.
