Does anyone else love a quick refrigerator Chef salad?? On hand I had deli turkey, canned beans, arugula, I cooked some bacon and made sous vide eggs. Topped w salt, pepper, aged balsamic and a good olive oil. 🥗

For the love of pizza! What do you get when you have: 00 Caputo flour, poolish, filtered water, fine sea salt and 72 hours.? That’s right! An amazing Neapolitan-style pizza.

Let us not forget fresh basil, mozzarella, extra virgin oil, salt stanislaustomatoes and the ooni Koda16! I could have this pizza everyday. ❤️
