We started out as a fully licensed at-home bakery in March 2010. As of August 2013, we signed the lease to our very first storefront! :) We've been baking for as long as we can remember, but have been in business since March 2010.
Although we have a storefront for foot traffic/walk-in cupcakes & goodies for part of the week, our signature is our custom orders. We require a 2 week minimum on all orders. Let us design something amazing for you!

This time of year we get bombarded with Graduation Requests (many of them quite last minute) and don't send me any inspiration. SO, I created a google doc of all of my Graduation cakes, cookies, etc

We're slowly forming an ultimate dream team, but we need another person to help with dropping cupcakes and prepping the store for being open.

Real talk: The position is flexible with amount of hours, as long as the job gets done. Tuesday hours are flexible, but Wed-Saturday 7am (or earlier by your choice)start time . FT or PT available. This is NOT a decorating position, but you do need baking experience.

This isn't business related, but I have to utilize my platform to show people this BS I've been dealing with. PLEASE read on and spread the word:
Back in January, I booked Car rental, Flight, and Hotel, through AAA for our trip down to Tampa in March. I've had AAA all of my life, and never had a single problem with them. It was easy, and it was paid for all at one time with confirmation numbers...
Fast forward to our first day in Tampa. Land, have a fairly hiccup-free day (nothing out of the ordinary for travel) except when we go to check out our hotel. I found this apartment available for the time we were there and so close to my old apartments, it felt kismet and I HAD to book that.
Unfortunately, it didn't exist. We were texted a check in code, from the supposed front desk. That number, nor the number they gave us led to any real person. Just voicemail.
We gave it about 20ish minutes driving around, studying the google maps, and no return phone call and realize, based on a few other reviews hiding online, it's indeed a scam.
So, I get on the phone with AAA customer service. Greeted by a very nonchalant teenager. I expressed my concern and said I'm going to find another hotel while you guys deal with this, but I am worried I'm about to pay upfront for a whole other hotel. He said he couldn't guarantee that wouldn't be the case, but very unlikely. I asked him to imagine he's me, and what would he do. We need a hotel, and I'd like to think you stick by your product. He agreed, we went down the road to a Hampton Inn, and continued forward with our trip.
About a week later, I get an email from them stating the hotel place claims we abandoned our reservations and are not eligible for refund. "oh HELL NAW!" I get on the phone with AAA and basically say wtf how can I abandon a place that doesn't exist, this is unbelievable! I am out $600!!"
Fast forward to bi-weekly emails from the customer service rep saying they're still working on it.
Today marks 2 MONTHS since my phone call and this is their response. This is absolute horse-sh*t. A hotel that doesn't exist... and AAA does not stand behind their service. Read comments for rest of story!
