Coffee was my jumper cables in the busy grind of food service work. My husband and I were delighted to find out we would be welcoming our little Honey Bear in 9 short months. Clearly my coffee habits had to go! As painful as it was to say goodbye to my old friend Joe I discovered the wonderful world of tea and haven't looked back since. I find such joy in creating different blends and flavors and

learning more about tea every day. Did you know tea dates back to ancient China, almost 5,000 years ago. According to legend Emperor Shen Nung discovered tea when leaves from a wild tree blew into his pot of boiling water. He was immediately interested in the pleasant scent of the brew, and drank some. So thanks to a breezy day and a man who wasn't afraid to drink mystery plant matter we all get to enjoy the beautiful world of tea!
