My new favorite bread 🍞:
Its called Dinkel-Roggen-Landbrot (Spelt-Rye-Landbread- I know some translations are weird 😅)
It's a very flavorful bread, it reminds me a lot of home!
I will have that available on my next baking day which will be Monday May 18th! (Next week!)
along with Prezels.
‼️a heads up: I'll only have two more baking days before we leave for our summer trip (back to Germany to see family and friends)
We will be gone until the end of July!
