I’m planning another baking day for Monday, Oct. 5th.
I’ll be making traditional German apple cake (available by the slice or as a whole cake), and I’m taking orders for sourdough pretzel bread (new) and apple pockets.

It has been a bit quiet here, but I assure you that things are progressing!
Next week, we will be posting a new baking schedule.
Regarding the upcoming fair, I unfortunately missed the deadline for entering my cheesecake; however, we will still be present at the fair.
Please consider visiting the 1 Horse at a Time Drafthorse Rescue in Corvallis! They will have a stand at the fair where you can purchase our pretzels, learn all about the rescue and drafthorses, and support a wonderful cause.

Who is looking forward to some sweet treats this week?

My baking day is scheduled for this Friday, August 14th. I will be preparing Kolaches, with your choice of cream cheese or berry topping, and Applepockets.
Sourdough bread will also be available upon request. I recently baked a sun-dried tomato bread that was really good and gone before I was able to take a picture.
