About a year ago now, I was asked to be featured in Hamilton Square Neighbors!

To say I was taken aback was an understatement. I was SO excited… and definitely a little nervous! 😂

When I walked in to take the photos, I truly thought I was going to be a small little blip somewhere in the magazine—which I was already beyond grateful for!

But then the photographer started showing me some of their magazine covers and said, “This is kinda how yours is going to look…”

Ummmm… WAIT WHAT?!

I’M GOING TO BE ON THE COVER?!?!? 😭😂

That was the craziest surprise and such a special moment for me and Flour Power Bakery.

Looking back almost a year later, I’m still just as thankful for that opportunity. But even more than that, I’m thankful for my community. You guys showed up, supported me, shared my name, bought my goodies, came to my events, and helped my little bakery get SEEN.

None of these opportunities happen without the Flour Power Fam behind me. 🤍
