My favorite artisan boule flavor is cheddar jalapeño, and most of my family and friends agree!

Now through Saturday, you can order any sourdough boule with add-ins for only $8! Regular price on these will be $10.

Suggested add-ins are:
Cheddar

Sandwich loaf…artisan boule…what’s the difference?

🍞Artisan boules have fewer ingredients. These fluffy yet chewy loaves are made with only flour, water, salt, and natural yeast (which is made by mixing flour and water).

🥪 Sandwich loaves include natural yeast, water, sugar, flour, salt, and olive oil.

🍞 Artisan boules are usually round or spherical and require a Dutch oven, baking stone, or other super hot surface to get that traditional look and texture.

🥪 Sandwich loaves are baked in a regular loaf pan, as you would bake a commercially yeasted sandwich loaf.

🍞 Artisan Boules require more steps and attention, with each loaf having to be individually attended to ten times or more times in the process.

🥪 Sandwich loaves require fewer steps, with each loaf requiring attention only five times in the process.

🍞 Artisan boules can be completed in as little as 12 hours from start to finish, but for best results, and more tangy flavor, you usually want to plan 24 hours.

🥪 Sandwich loaves are more predictable, coming in at a 12 to 14-hour process.

Now through August 7, you can order a sourdough sandwich loaf for just $6.
I’m also going to start offering cinnamon swirl loaves. Now through August 7, cinnamon swirl loaves are on sale for $6 as well!
