YOU GUYS I JUST WAS CHOSEN AS A WINNER FOR A GRANT FROM Maine Grain Alliance to purchase my dedicated dough fridge and grain mill !!! I am BEAMING inside and so so so thankful for how this will help my business on being able to have more dough storage space and offer freshly milled flour per recipe products to my community,this has been a dream of mine since i learned about all the amazing health benefits of freshly milled flour that is milled for each specific bake and i am so excited to bring this vision to reality very soon😭😭❤️

Good morning everyone!
Here’s some updates for the week:
I will not be doing a midcoast drop this week due to the holiday; next drop will be next week down there!
Tipped trailer drop #2 will be tomorrow (Thursday) instead of Friday this week due to the holiday , i am planning on bringing goodies that will compliment your 4th of july festivites; be it so a cook out or an end of the day gut friendly sweet treat! I am actually going to take the 4th off this year and soak up some family time! I will post tomorrow when I drop in Newport 🙂

Just brought some sourdough sandwich bread, sourdough classic artisan bread and some sourdough Japanese milk bread to tipped trailer! Everything is still super warm and just came out! There’s also two packages of my cranberry orange scones left😊
What do you guys want to see later in the week for the 4th ? Thinking burger buns? I’m open to ideas ! 🥰

This heat is pretty crazy today! I just baked the morning away and was so happy to get the oven turned off! Want some home made goodies but don’t feel like heating up your house? I just restocked Tipped Trailer Co with sourdough English muffins, lemon bars with sourdough short bread crust, sourdough double chocolate jumbo muffins and some sourdough pretzel bites!
