Mason is o-fish-ally one! 🐟🐟 my baby turned 1 last week and I made his cake. A lot of the inspo online for this theme was a little more bright and cartoony than I was envisioning. I wanted to do muted pastels with a coastal feel. It’s definitely not my best cake, I was trying to do the top tier with both boys at my feet so some got a little crooked. But, my 3 year old kept saying “that’s beautiful mom” 🥹 we used the top tier as his smash cake 🎂

This week was a special one. ❤️

I had the honor of donating this cake and cake pops to celebrate the retirements of two of my coworkers, Charles and Billie, who each dedicated more than 30 years to our agency.

Congratulations, Charles and Billie! I hope retirement brings you time to relax, make new memories, and enjoy everything you’ve worked so hard for. Thank you for your years of service, and thank you for letting me be a small part of your celebration.
