🎃☕️ Pumpkin Spice Latte ☕️🎃
A pumpkin spice dough infused with coffee, a flavorful coffee drizzle, and coffee beans on top. Your PSL in a scone!

🌀Cinnamon Roll🌀
Take a traditional buttery cinnamon roll, and fold it over to be a handheld scone! The cinnamon/brown sugar/nutmeg/butter paste is what makes this signature flavor. And of course no cinnamon roll is complete without an icing glaze on top.

🎼 What's on the playlist today? 🎼

This is how I grate my butter 🧈for perfect lamination in my scones. Lamination is the process of folding in cold butter to create structured, tall layers in baked pastries. Biscuits, croissants, scones- they're all "laminated"!

Ice 52 scones with me in an instant!

Did you know that I make each glaze from scratch? They all have fresh ingredients in them like orange zest, lemon juice, freeze dried raspberries, brewed espresso... so they take time! But they're always worth it. People have commented about how flavorful the glazes are! 😊
