Thank you ALL so much for the love, encouragement, and well wishes today!! 💜🥹

Battle of the Chefs turned out to be such an amazing event and a wonderful opportunity to meet so many new people, connect with other talented chefs, and step outside of my comfort zone.

Unfortunately, I didn’t bring home the win today, and while I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a little disappointed, I’m still proud of myself for showing up, taking a chance, and putting myself out there. 🥹

I’m so proud of myself for having the courage to try something new and pushing through my nerves (the drinks at this event helped those 😉)

This was an experience I’ll never forget, and I’m taking the lessons, the connections, and the memories with me. This is only one chapter in the Cilla’s Swirls story, and I have so much more I am going to accomplish. 💜

To everyone who supported me, sent a message, checked on me, or cheered me on today, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Your support means more than you know.

But first… this weekend, 10/11, is Battle of the Chef and I’m officially starting to get VERY anxious. 🫣😂

There’s excitement, nerves, and a lot of fear that comes with putting yourself out there and doing something that challenges you.

But I keep reminding myself:

“You don’t grow when life feels comfortable. You grow when you push through the resistance, when you try again, and when you keep showing up even when it’s hard.”

So that’s exactly what I’m going to do. Show up. Give it my all. And let the rest unfold. Wish me luck 💜
