FYI.... For all you cupcake lovers and Breast Cancer supporters, come out Saturday April 16th to Barnes and Noble goes Pink in APRIL. It's from 2 to 4 p.m. and a portion of the proceeds goes to breast cancer research. Please come by and see me for some wonderful cupcakes , as well as the other vendors with great products, and help fight breast cancer!!!!!

It may be time to close down this site. I just don't have enough time to get on here everyday. I have so many responsibilities right now, that with my job keeping Dr Strange's office together, taking care of my mom and doing cupcakes, posting on this site is far down my list. I want all of my loyal fans to know...I'm still doing cupcakes, just not going to have time to put in posting. I will still advertise when I have extras, or specials. I appreciate everyone who has bought from me over the past 3 years , I have made some amazing new friends, and have enjoyed baking for all of my friends and family! Please call if you want to order, I have to much fun doing this to stop. Thanks again for all your support!!!

WOO HOO Cranberry Bliss bars turned out fantastic !!! Better than Starbucks! If you like cranberry and white chocolate you really need to try these, they are FAB!

So, I've been working on some new sweets to add to the cupcakes for the holidays. So far I have added a white chocolate/ cranberry cookie bar, a few different cookies and I am working on homemade marshmallows. I also do cheesecakes, pies and mini cheesecakes. So before you go out and buy something sweet for your holiday dinners, give me a call and try some fresh homemade sweets! You won't be disappointed!

No cupcakes this week...chillin out at "home" in N. Myrtle Beach with hubby n Ivey Bleu. Plenty to do when I get back. Just needed some chill time after the last 8 mts. Keep watching for new flavors and NEW confections!

WOW! What a week....there seems to have been a cupcake explosion! Really good cupcakes, if you haven't tried them you don't know what you're missing. There is just something about fresh made to order cupcakes, that those left sitting in a bakery case, CANNOT compete with. Give me a call and find out for yourself.

It has been a busy 3 weeks! I've had bridal shower's , baby showers and a lot of rain showers...lol! I also want to say a BIG thank you to Sandy at Catalyst Coffee Co. for giving me the chance to expand this business. We have not posted our cupcake flavors or menu, due to the fact that some are original creations and we don't want other places trying to copy them. If you would like a menu of our regular or alcohol infused cupcakes, just give us a call! We will get you one by fax or in person. Remember we are the only place you can get alcohol infused cupcakes closer than Knoxville. Thank you!

As we have always been a supporter for breast cancer, and breast cancer research, we now have an even bigger reason to support them. My surgery is over and now we are back to normal(almost), and ready to take on the world!!!!

Our Story

Always made Fresh, to order! "The Best Cupcakes You'll EVER put in your mouth!" So here’s the story of Polka Dots cupcakes. A few years ago my best friend and I decided we wanted to start our own business, SO..... where do we start? Well we both love to bake, and at the time there were no cupcake shops in town, and it was the time of CUPCAKE WARS!!!! So after a few days of thinking this over we decided to try our luck and see what happened. We started by taking cupcakes around town to a few places we thought would help us get started, and within a few weeks , we were baking almost every day! Everyone said they were the best cupcakes they had ever tasted! Fast forward a few years now and my best friend moved away and now I am the lone owner and baker. While some things have changed, the fact that they are still the best cupcakes you will ever put in your mouth, is still the same!
