Yes, Yes, Yes! I get this All the time! No I don’t look sick. Lupus is a terrible disease. You have no idea what my body is going through or what it feels like, so excuse me if I don’t “look” the way you think I should. I fight my battles every single day.

The Difference Between Brain Fog and Forgetfulness
