Sharing the time when our warrior Elamae joined Tom Coughlin, founder of the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund, at the Jacksonville Icemen game & for his Hall of Fame celebration.

Ela walked through the High Five Tunnel, stood beside Coach Coughlin inside the players’ locker room during the reading of the starting lineup, stepped onto center ice for the ceremonial puck drop to start the game & even enjoyed a joy ride in the rink.

From the locker room to center ice, our warrior carried herself with so much courage & joy. We are beyond grateful to the Jay Fund for creating moments like this for families like ours💛

This Valentine’s weekend I got the wonderful opportunity to make cookies for a valentine’s party. I made 2 dozen of matcha strawberry cookies and another 2 dozen of snickerdoodle cookies. The client was very satisfied with her order and I hope for her to order again! ❤️🍪
