AllerGeena was created by owner and baker Gina—someone with food allergies and a lifelong love of baking. The name says it all, and so does our tagline: **Gluten Free – Lucky Me! **
Our claim to fame? Our signature Honey Buttermilk bread is soft on the inside, crusty on the outside, and loved by gluten-free and non-gluten-free customers alike. It’s the kind of bread you don’t feel like you’re “settling” for—it’s just great bread. Ingredients & Quality
We bake with our own proprietary flour blend made from certified gluten-free ingredients, including whole-grain sorghum and rice flours, tapioca, potato, and corn starches. Ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible. Allergen Baking: All products are made in a 100% dedicated gluten-free, nut-free, and soy-free environment. Our baked goods are free from gluten, nuts, soy, and seafood.

Our products are handcrafted, delivered freshly baked, and shelf stable. Breads have a **10-day ambient shelf life** and freeze beautifully for extended storage.
