Very exciting things happening at the bakery today, including BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Cinco de Mayo themed macarons
- Bouquets of cake pops
- The return of Elote focaccia
- Our 30 qt mixer taking a long nap resulting in us mixing 40+ batches of dough by hand (rip Becky's arms)
- Actively battling some kind of curse that's been placed upon us
Bakery is open from 10-6(ish) today (Friday!) and 10-3 tomorrow.
We will also be at the from 8:30-12 tomorrow!
If you saw us last weekend or saw my (perhaps overly) emotional story, market was really busy last weekend and we are working to improve y'alls experience this time.
If you have any other ideas, please feel free to share. Your support really, truly, deeply means so much much to us and we don't want to chase you away by being toooo pretty and popular 💅
➡️ If you want to beat the crowds entirely, we do have a good amount of inventory available today... but will still be baking today and overnight for more.
➡️ I think the bottleneck at market is more on the "selection" side than the "check out" side, but we will have an extra set of hands this week to speed up check out as much as we can. It will also give us a chance to step away and cross sold out items off our chalk board.
➡️ We will be leaving more inventory than usual at the bakery for everyone who went there trying to snag pepperoni rolls to avoid the line.
