Toasting marshmallows on my sweet potato cheesecake because apparently dessert wasn’t already doing enough and I needed another excuse to play with fire at work.

I think it’s pretty damn good, but let’s hear it. Yay or nay on the marshmallows?

What you see on here is pretty much what you get with me. I say dumb stuff, I swear, and sometimes I post before I probably should. My wife can confirm that last part.

The Bearded Baker is me. I work my ass off and have fun with it. So these posts are gonna stay raw and real. I make cheesecake. Nobody hired me for my manners.

Made this three tier cheesecake for a wedding today. Pretty damn happy with how it turned out. My wife did a fantastic job on the flowers and made me look like I know what I’m doing.

Being self employed means the only as***le I have to ask for time off is me. So I’m getting a sunrise haircut with Cam at Grants Pass Barbershop because I can.

No more last minute evening beard trims after working all damn day. I can go in the morning now like somebody who has their s**t together. Don’t let it fool you.

First leg of the Vegas trip. Hardy picked me up in Phoenix and we made a quick stop at Buc-ee’s to meet the gang. Nothing says vacation like getting excited about a gas station with a giant beaver on it. Yes, I laughed at that. I’m very mature.

Got the idiots together, got snacks, and now we’re headed to Vegas. Between all of us we’ve got about three brain cells, and none of them are in charge.

The Bearded Baker is officially unsupervised. Off to make some memories. Or become a story our wives tell when explaining why we can’t go anywhere.
