l'm excited that I finally got the crumb l've been dreaming of! Practice practice practice! I'm learning how to read the dough by sight, touch & even smell rather than time, temp of kitchen, temp of dough, etc. that l've been doing prior to this.
I'm thankful for Tom from the “Ohio Institute of Sourdough” & all his trainings! Very very helpful!
