It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here! Been focused on family, faith, and my career lately. But still baking for friends who ask.
This is my biggest wedding cake to date. So big I could not lift it myself! Shout out to Sarah Handley for the help delivering this behemoth.
3 layer, 3 tier, 3 flavors:
🥥Top- coconut cake with coconut pastry cream and Swiss meringue bc
🥕Middle- carrot cake with cream cheese filling and SMBC
🍓(pretend its a raspberry)Bottom-vanilla cake with raspberry filling and SMBC

Pick up at Josephine County Fairgrounds Thursday, February 13th and Friday February 14th. Delivery is also available upon request for a fee. :)

Valentines variety boxes final development is going on now!

This is the strawberry sensation box:
•Strawberry crumb cake! Layers of strawberry cake, filled with strawberry compote, covered in strawberry buttercream and a delicious strawberry crumble!
•Buttercream Frosted brownie
•Chocolate covered strawberries
• XL chocolate covered strawberry macaron
