PJ's Desserts This all started when I was 3, making cakes, tarts, and cookies out of mud. By age 8, I was baking from scratch, creating my own recipes, & decorating cakes.

Very blessed to have my Granddaughter come and work along side me this weekend. She made orange dream cupcakes with orange glaze, orange white chocolate mousse icing. A vanilla bean cheesecake with raspberry pastry filling and white chocolate for her sister's birthday. Strawberry and raspberry Danish with that amazing orange glaze and hot chocolate crinkle cookies with marshmallows and crushed candy cane's and beautiful meringue cookies! All for her end of season banquet tonight. So proud of my Lauren!
