One thing I really enjoy doing now, is fileting fish to send the crew home with, and take home for meat through the winter. Still learning the most efficient way to do it, and enjoying it along the way. For vacuum sealing I use The Wesson Pro 2600, with O2frepak 8mil/4mil bags. Always get a nice seal, with almost no leaks.

Last throwback to previous years - this one 2025. Went out after a storm and the fish hit all the way on the outgoing, then just stopped. I think we had 6,000 lbs in about 6 hours , on one net.

East winds and rain all season long, but still had some good days fishing.
