Personally, I'm not a fan of lady fingers (unless they are used in tiramisu 😋 ) but I know my customers love them & always beg for more! For those of you who have never tried them or have bought the old dried out versions in the store, these do not have much flavor on their own. Lady fingers are light and airy inside and crispy on the bottom. They are an absorbent sponge cookie that takes on the flavor(s) of anything you use it in (tiramisu - used in place of graham crackers). Again, I do not like them on their own but I know a lot of my customers disagree & that's okay with me! ❤️

Another late post. My beautiful niece (the eldest of my 6 beautiful nieces; to be precise) turned 24 in November, and is obsessed with all things penguins, and seals! I was asked to create a snowflake cake topped with her "iceberg loving friends" & this was the result. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your special day, Sweet Girl! I love you more than you will ever know! 🥰 ❤️

Double layer vanilla cake with blue cream cheese frosting and wafer paper snowflakes. The cute little penguins, polar bears and seals were the only inedible things on this one. 😋

🧻 Cake: Triple layer French Vanilla with Cream Cheese Frosting, and Marshmallow Fondant.
