I discovered baking at a very young age, and my love has only grown since. I specialize in desserts, and have a wide array of options to fit your needs. If you don't see something you would like, I'm willing to work with you! I can customize to your needs. Diabetic? I can do that!

This chocolate chip cookie dough is nearly irresistible. The cookies are the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. I have a very simple secret ingredient that makes these rich and chewy! After I took a few days off to really get through my summer class (I also go to school full time!), I'm back to baking!

I was supposed to make cookies today! Instead, I got distracted with cooking a grand feast for dinner for my family. Baked honey ham, green bean casserole, corn on the cob, mac and cheese, mashed sweet potatoes, yeast rolls, and lots of pie with whipped cream for dessert is on the menu for tonight. Don't worry, I'll have a price list up before bed!

I am currently working on a price list and descriptions of items that I will start off with. Eventually, I'd like to add an array of savory breads. This afternoon, I'll be back baking! I'm think chocolate chip cookies and coffee crumb cake!

Another Alek approved recipe. These peanut butter cookies have one cup of peanut butter, and are the perfect treat for people who love cookies that don't hurt their teeth. Not only are the soft and chewy, they aren't overly sweet! These are just one of the 7 cookie options I will have! Pick up a dozen or buy a platter of two of more combinations.

I'm up this morning making cookies! I am taking the second half off the day off. My in-laws returned from vacation yesterday, and Alek and I are going to head over there with some baked goods to catch up and hear about Mexico! I'll be back tomorrow morning with a full menu and price list!

I am by no means a professional photographer, and I think that's apparent from my terrible photos today! Regardless, this apple bread is a hit. Alek and Kambree are currently shoveling it in their mouths as quickly as possible. The apples of top caramelize beautifully and sometimes I get wild and swirl the mixture before baking to get "zebra stripes".

This is pre-oven for my apple bread! I have two thick layers of sweet bread separated by fresh apple and a cinnamon sugar mix. The bread is topped with apples and cinnamon sugar as well which creates a very moist bread with lots of flavor! I actually prefer this bread to Apple pie! A variety of breads will be available. They will come individually or you can purchase a platter. A platter will be two or more loaves sliced on a platter. That is perfect for parties and gatherings.

My personal two favorite pies! Chocolate and sweet potato! The chocolate is made with 6 ounces of bittersweet chocolate per pie. I promise, it makes all the difference! I leave the chocolate pie bare so that it can be topped with whipped cream once ready to serve.

There's a sweet potato pie in the oven behind me. I make my own crust, so its flaky and crisp. The sweet potato pie is made with real sweet potatoes, and NO pumpkin pie spice so it's true sweet potato pie. I use an 8 inch aluminum pan. This pie is perfect for any family event, and would make a great addition to your fall table in a few months!

I spent all day gathering supplies, going to the store, finalizing recipes, and getting ready to bake tomorrow! I'll be posting lots of pictures tomorrow throughout the day. This weekend, I'll be posting a full menu with pricing. Monday will be my first day of orders! Please share with your friends and family while I build my business! I do take speciality orders (vegan, gluten free, paleo, etc), and have started working on a holiday menu already!
