Classes Available I have always loved sweets, and taught myself some basic cake decorating skills to create cakes for family special occasions.

I took classes in the spring of 2000, and I began teaching the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating in early October that same year. Over the years, I have honed my skills teaching over 2,500 people the joys of cake decorating! I have also had the opportunity to take a number of additional classes at the Wilton School of Cake Decorating in Chicago, Illinois. Let me share my love of sweets with you! If

you would like a treat for your next special event, let me help you. I can do a bit of everything - from creating spectacular cakes for any occasion, to bars, brownies, cookies, truffles, candies, and many types of pies. I pay special attention to ingredients and everything is made fresh to order to your specifications. For those that want to have a bit of fun themselves, I offer classes at a variety of locations.
