I am Jenny Longfellow and Jenny's Kitchen Therapy, LLC is a long-time dream coming to life! I grew up in the kitchen with my mom, learning to cook with a little dash of this and a little dash of that, baking with little instruction, but lots of improvisation and creativity. The kitchen was a place that inspired creativity and opened the door for a lot of heartfelt conversations, building relations

hips with family and friends, and finding healing in connections with others. May you be inspired to find healing through delicious treats, meaningful conversations, and great fun and laughter through the Jenny's Kitchen Therapy experience. I use local, quality ingredients whenever possible and take great care to provide a quality and memorable product for you to enjoy. I love to teach and build community through classes, dinners, events and more. May you find this form of therapy a breath of fresh air!
