Hi there, I’m Amanda. AM Kneads is something I’ve been working on for a while. I am located in Grand Island, I started sourdough baking about a year and a half ago. Since then there has been a lot of trial, and even more error. I currently only sell bagels, but that is just for now. I appreciate all of you being here and all of your support along the way. Your support when I first started had me overwhelmed with orders and I am still so grateful for that. However, that made me have to think long and hard how to go about taking orders.
A little about me: I am 27. In my free time I love to bake, make charcuterie boards, honestly anything creative is my jam. I love music and traveling to new places. I do work full time so bake days are normally on the weekends.
How to order: I will post on Wednesdays if I am taking orders for the weekend. There will be a limit on how many orders I take for the week . Payment will be required at the time of ordering via Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. I will confrim your order and send you a message when your order is ready for pick up. Orders must be picked up within 24hrs. At other times I will post what I currently have fresh baked up for grabs.
