We figured you’d need a pick-me-up to start the week, so it was an early delivery day at Thompson Farms!

Our Friday sourdough haul arrived at Thompson Farms right on time, despite a small delay in posting!

🥖 Classic (lg/sm), Sesame (lg/sm), lots of savory crusts, 🌾 Rustic Rye & this week’s specialties

🫓 Friday Focaccia: 🌊 Sea Salt, 🌿 savory Rosemary, and 🤵🏻‍♀️🍫 Tuxedo Chocolate Chip - same as yesterday’s loaves, with even more white/milk/dark chocolate loaded into our signature focaccia dough! A sweet breakfast treat or nighttime snack for the whole family!

Farm finds today: 🍯 Authentic Mediterranean baklava and humongous handmade pierogi from our resident farm master, Eileen!
🌼 the first fall mums have taken over the farmyard, it’s never too early for these gorgeous blooming beauties!

Farm finds today: 🥔 hand-picked potatoes and the *most perfect* 🫑 green peppers of the season so far! So sturdy & sweet, great for adding hearty texture to your dishes or just casually crunching as a snack - that’s our lunch today!!

We’re still working out what favorites fit best on each bake day during the week with the extra loaves we’re cranking out for JB's Coffee & Kitchen, so some things might not be on the days we’ve all gotten used to. The schedule might be a “bake in progress”, but we’re still committed to getting your sourdough goodness on the farm table every M-F, neighbors!
