Turns out Little Bees aren’t immune from migraines, but we muscled through to put a 2-day haul on the Bee table at Thompson Farms for you!

Fresh-baked Tues:
🥖 Classic (lg & lots of sm), Sesame & Sunflower crusts….and 3 NEW specialty loaves!
🌿🧄 Chive & Garlic
🍯💪🏼 Honey Vanilla Protein - with DeeDee’s island honey!
🍏🧀 Harvest Apple Cheddar - our signature apple dough loaded up with 2 NY xsharp cheddars and nutmeg-kissed shredded Crispin apples straight from the orchard (find them in the apple tent here at the farm!)

✨Remember there’s no delivery tomorrow, but we’ll “bee back” usual time Thursday!

Farm finds today:
🧀the egg fridge is stocked with all your favorite cheese curd flavors
🧄🌶️🧅 plenty of garlic, onions & hot banana peppers
🍏🍎 fresh-picked apples and a full squash house
🎃 and B2G1 pumpkins in the front pumpkin tent!

Blue skies always make a Bills Victory Monday even better, and the farm shop at Thompson Farms is stocked up to keep the good vibes going!

Fresh-baked Mon:
🥖 Classic (lg/sm), Sesame, Whole Seed & Everything crusts
🧄 Garlic Parm (through & through)
🦬💖 limited Crystal Beach Loganberry - had some orders and made a whole batch!

🗓️ note: we’ll be tacking some home projects on Weds, so no fresh bakes that day - it’s today, Tues, Thurs & Friday for fresh loaves etc this week!

Farm finds: what *isn’t* here?!
🍅🧅🧄toss some tomatoes, your squash of choice, onions & garlic on a sheet pan, roast & blend for a hearty fall bisque…there’s plenty of everything right here!

For today’s fresh sourdough selection at JB's Coffee & Kitchen, we brought it back to our simple roots: flour. water. salt. time.

And a love for putting wholesome goodness with healthy ingredients on your family’s table.

🥖 Our Classic Artisan loaves are on JB’s Neighbor’s Nook shelf now, all baked fresh this morning!

Bundle up and head over to the deli for a warm cup of local coffee, a breakfast sandwich or treat from the pastry case (vegan and GF options always available too!), and take a loaf home to enjoy.

Loaves have finally landed for the day at Thompson Farms, and there’s something to go with whatever’s on your mid-week dinner menu!

Fresh-baked Weds:

🥯 we teased bagels for mid-week, but after 2 batches of bagel dough went rogue with the warmer days, that’s our sign to try again next week. Apologies to the disappointed bagel lovers out there, we just need ‘em to be perfect for you!

🍯 plenty of honey from DeeDee’s Island bees!
❤️ beautiful trimmed beets
🧀🥩 cheese curds & beef sticks in the egg fridge

Today’s craving is one of their monster BLTs, piled high with extra thick house-cut bacon, crispy lettuce, and fresh ripe tomatoes…with a fun fall twist of their house maple waffles!
