The weird weather changes put a little hitch in our sourdough starter’s giddy-up yesterday, so there are just a few loaves today - and we’ll make up for the hiatus in Friday Focaccia with some bonus flats next week!

The Bee is back! We know it’s officially summer when the heat & humidity wreak havoc on an entire day of dough…so sorry for the hiatus yesterday! We’ve recalibrated to summer ratios to keep your loaves fluffy, and restocked the table at Thompson Farms with some of your favorites!
