I am so Excited!!! I used my grain mill the other day with some spelt berries!! First fresh milled flour sourdough loaf!!!!! It was super delicious! Thank you Stacy for my new mill attachment!!

I am Sooooo Excited! I was gifted a bread slicer for my birthday and it is wonderful!!! I am great at baking bread, but slicing in straight lines was a problem! Thank you Dad & Stacy!!

One of the things we've been making for a while that we've been able to have a lot of fun with are our Sourdough Pockets! Loaded up with garlic and herbs in crust, this batch has pepperoni, pineapple, bacon, chicken, and goat cheddar!

Served with a marinara or just garlic butter, they've been a staple for us!

I've started experimenting with gluten free, rice based sourdough bread. This is the first loaf from this starter. I hope to be able to offer bread for sale soon!
