I will be baking and making tomorrow for this weekend! Pickup in St. Amant. Bread, cakes, butter, edible cookie dough, cookies, Bananas Foster Bread, and (of course) cinnamon rolls! Let me know what flavors you want. Will be doing mostly pre orders so don’t wait for the last minute!!! (Possibly doing a fresh strawberry cake minis and that is def a pre order!)

Plain butter $4/$8
Flavored (homemade) butter $5/$9
-cinnamon vanilla
-brown sugar
-garlic and rosemary

Sourdough loaves or boule $9
Gourmet Sourdough $11-$14
-upon request

Beer bread $9
Bananas Foster bread $4 or 3/$10 or $9 large

Double Doozies $4 or 3/$10
-chocolate chip
-oatmeal cream pie

Cakes/Cupcakes $4 or 3/$10

Finally got our ### Roasted garlic and ### roasted sweet onion sourdoughs rising! My starter has been finicky lately and I’ve been babying it and finally today was the day! Took the onions and garlic out of the freezer (yes, I had to freeze them because it’s take so long for the starter to start it’s doubling again) today and tonight we made it happen! These will be baked off in the morning.

I’ll have 1 left $12 for a large boule. If my starter does well tomorrow I’ll also have ### Jalapeño with ### Cheese boules started tomorrow night. Let me know if you want one!

Cinnamon Rolls

Pineapple Upside down cake
Sourdough Bread (limited loaves)

Pickup will be in St. Amant .
Loaves $9
All other baked goods mix and match $4 each or 3/$10
Plain home made butter $4/ half pound, $8/pound
Herbed or flavored home made butters $5/ half pound, $10/pound
Pan of cinnamon rolls $35 and has 15-17 rolls depending on rise and thickness of cuts (will need at least a day’s notice for pan orders as these rise overnight)

Taking orders for tomorrow’s cinnamon rolls. First on sold So we are working on a second batch now. Comment below if you want to reserve some! Also currently available Best Ever Chocolate Cake, Southern Praline, Kentucky Praline, Carrot Cake, Pineapple upside down cake. Can be pretty ordered and picked up today or tomorrow!

Lots going on today! The is the evolution of a couple of sourdough boules. (3X jalapeño and cheddar, plain, and caramelized onion and garlic.). The next pic is of a crockpot full of garlic and oil. Making the garlic to use in several orders (including garlic herbed butter and garlic sourdough loaves) and will bottle the garlic infuse oil by itself as well as with other herbs. (If I have extras leftover I will make them available for sale.). Today, my kitchen is going to smell like a jalapeño, garlic wedding cake. 🤷‍♀️🤣😂. For those picking up today, I’m going to just go ahead and apologize for the smell!

I think it’s weird how you can use the same process, same recipe, same rise and bake times but still get such different rises and bakes! I used the same recipe for each of these and look how different each rise is. Interesting stuff. (Of course, they always taste great and have a super soft texture.)

Made a sourdough for the first time in a couple of weeks! This was for a customer but I’m thinking I may need one myself. You know, to make sure my starter is working and giving a good flavor! (Or, just to eat warm with my home made butter or beer cheese!)

Tentatively on this week and weekend’s bake menu:
Bananas Foster Bread (mini and full size loaves)
Beer Bread
Beer cheese dip (hot, mild, Cajun flavors and gluten free by request)
Fresh butter
Edible cookie dough (chocolate chip and sugar cookie with sprinkles)
Rum Cakes (using our local Sugarfield Rum)
Kentucky Praline (using our local Sugarfield Bourbon)
Southern Praline
Pineapple Upside Down
Carrot Cake (with and without Boozy raisins soaked in Sugarfield rum) with cream cheese buttercream icing
Best. Ever. Chocolate Cakes with buttercream icing

Saturday and possibly Sunday will have hot cinnamon rolls ready mid morning.
