Last post as we start prepping our kitchens for the farm stand TOMORROW… 👩🏻🍳 🍞 🍪

Erin has two fresh-baked desserts on the menu this week. A strawberry crumb bar— a shortbread bar with flakey, buttery layers and our in-house strawberry jam. And, back by popular demand, a return of the peanut butter sandwich cookies. We sold out of these last time, so if you missed out be sure to get here early so you can sn**ch some up!
Becca’s baking up her incredible scones (blueberry lemon and cinnamon chip - both sold out early at the last farm stand), and her fresh-milled sandwich bread and cinnamon raisin English muffins.
Blueberry almond granola and fresh yogurt (made with milk from the local dairy! 🐮❤️) make the perfect pairing for a healthy breakfast. I think I had some every day this week… and not just for breakfast. 🤭
We are down to a few packets of hot chocolate mix and just a couple springtime simmer pots. This will be it for the season on these items. We won’t be making them again till the fall, so if you’ve been eyeballing either of those make sure to grab them before they’re gone.
From the farm, we’ll have several dozen farm-fresh eggs available, as well as some fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, and thyme), and luffa sponges. If you don’t know what luffa is, ask Erin for more info. They’re amazing!
Oh! And don’t forget we have that fresh batch of strawberry jam, as well as dill pickles (my favorite), apple butter, and cranberry sauce.
