✨ Sourdough Banana Coffee Cake ✨
A soft, ridiculously moist banana cake made with sourdough discard, loaded with warm cinnamon flavor and finished with that buttery, crumbly coffee-cake topping we all know and love.

Basically: banana bread meets coffee cake, and I’m not mad about it.

These little loaves are the perfect size for a cozy breakfast, afternoon coffee, or “I’m just going to have one bite” that somehow turns into half the loaf. 😏

Some loaves are made to sell. Others are made to say “I’m thinking of you.” 🤍

These cheddar chive and cheddar jalapeño loaves are a gift for an old friend I haven’t seen in far too long.

That’s what I love most about bread. It can celebrate a new home, welcome a new baby, become part of a meal train, offer comfort in a hard season, or simply remind someone that they’re loved.
